Click Start > Run, type 'regedit', then click Ok to open the Registry eidtor.
Navigate to the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.

In the right pane find and delete the entry with the value 'Virtual Bouncer', 'vbundleouterdl' or 'vbouncer'.
Navigate to and delete the following registry keys (if exist):

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\cryptography\services\durl HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\uninstall\virtual bouncer
Exit Registry Editor.
Reboot the computer.
Open Windows Explorer, Delete the folder 'virtual bouncer' or 'vbouncer' from 'Program Files' directory.
